Making a complaint
As a debt collection company registered in the UK, we adhere to strict protocols and take complaints seriously.
Should you have a grievance or complaint to make regarding our firms handling of a debt matter, please detail the complaint in writing to our office, or alternatively please email enquiry@recoverablesolutions.co.uk. Please ensure to provide as much detail as possible and include our reference number if known.
